Looking at the T3/T4, CT26, and the TD-06. Which one would be the best for a 5sfe? I do plan on having Forged internals.

QUOTE(6strngs @ May 31, 2007 - 4:34 PM) has anyone ever done a 300+ whp 5sfte? most powerful one I know of is presure2's at 235 whp... but I don't go on mr2oc that often. yup. built bottom end, big injectors, some cams, and somthing other than the ct-26, REAL EMS, and maybe a splash of 110 octane, 300whp would be no problem for a 5sfte. throw in a intake manifold and a TB to match, and you'd have a NASTY 5sfTe on your hands. im dying to see someone throw a gt-28rs on a low mile 98+ 5s block. i think it would be a BEAST at low boost, and absolutly SCREAM with cams +EMS. even better would be a built bottom end, 1mm OS valves, port, bowl and throat correction, custom intake manifold, Q45 or mustang TB, HUGE fmic, 3" piping, and somthing like a gt3071 @ 20+psi. if i had lots of $$, (or access to more 98+ motors, cheap!) i would LOVE to find the limit of the bottom end. they say one of the major weak points is the rod bolts, but all that stuff seems to be more of a problem on the earlier 5s' or the ones who've had oiling issues. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
