Not exactly the process, but what you should have ready before going ahead with the swap. I just found the 5s turboing topic very interesting...and a 3s one would be even more so.

Just keep in mind that since most people get clips or motors, and not some sort of *kit*, each person's swap will vary. The reason why I say this is because not all clips are created equal. Some parts may get damaged during its transit from Japan/Europe to the states, ultimately leading to you needing to purchase new parts. Thus, the way X person does one thing may/will be different from how Y's swap is performed.
