So I got 10, 194 blue bulbs from ebay last fall and finally decided to put them on my car. Where? you may ask... I put them in my rear license plate lights to start... illegal? Idk but i haven't been picked up for them in over 2 months. I then went ahead and bought the tundra clear door light covers ($5.02 ea) and installed the blue lights in the doors. I then got creative and put them where they shouldn't fit such as my trunk light and glove box (little customization). Since every light on the car runs off 12v I knew i couldn't overload or blow any fuses unless i crossed positve and Neg paths (which i did messing with my dome light so I stopped my custom bulb installation there.) Here are the pics at night but to be honest they don't show how bright they actually are. Heres some pics:

blue is absolutely illegal to display, and police will give you a ticket if you cannot turn it off... like license plate, blue is reserved for emergency personnel, firefighters in some states like PA, cough cough, and police in others
