Hello everybody. like it says... this is the story of my Celica's transformation. This will be an on going thread so if it needs to be moved go ahead, thanks. I'll post pics when I get a chance. Great things are on the horizon.

Most definitely doing RWD conversion. It would be pointless to try to put that much power through FWD. I am building to 400 to 500 RWHP.... at first! The 1u and ls1 are comparable when you look at cost per HP/ Torque, and don't forget the LS1 is 5.7 while the 1u is only 4.0. They are both excellent choices!
