Well... i'll be looking for a new laptop for college, i dont want to spent over $1k on it. i dont know much about computers, and i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of whats the best bang for the buck. i want something reliable, and that will last awhile and i'll be happy with lol. i dont really play video games, but i do want something that can handle the multimedia/internet, but something i can also use for school. if this doesnt make sense lmk, im kinda in a rush atm

lol, hence why I said I would never buy one. I know a lot of people that do have them though. Weren't they the ones with the exploding battery packs?
You're probably better off just walking into best buy and getting something off the shelf if you don't care about what's inside that much. Just get something you like and fits the budget.
