i just want to see what you guys think ???if i put a 2000 and up celica motor in my 1995 celica and if it will work???what you guys think????

It can work, but you will need a whole lot of money to get it in there. It has never officially been done on a 6th Gen, so you would be all by yourself in pioneering the swap. Better off getting a 3SGTE or doing the V6 swap.

now that the 2000 celica gts/matrix are older and cheaper now. Its actually more affordable to do this engine swap then assumed before.

If manage to find total celica/matrix you can take the entire engine and brakes from that car and transfer it over. With other swaps, you can not use the brakes and other goodies.

Another perk to this swap is, it will legal or easier to get it legal in the usa. It will pass smog with out "using tricks" to get around the system.

The con to the swap is you will need to make costum mounts, maybe custom axels, and a more complex wiring. All of this for only for a rated 190 hp.
