QUOTE(Akira_g4 @ Jun 29, 2007 - 12:20 AM) QUOTE(shin @ Jun 28, 2007 - 3:46 PM) i make fried icecream for dessert. shin how do you do that? that sounds good! 1st you'll need eggs. keep the yolk remove the whites, you'll need tempura powder. you'll need lotsa oil, and a gauze thingy to hold your icecream. pre heat your oil in a pot, make sure there's enough oil so it'll fully cover the ice cream when dippin in. scoop your icecream into a ball, dip it into well stirred egg yolks, throw icecream covered with yolk into a bowl of tempura powder and make sure there's powder all over the eggs. then put icecream ball on the gauze thingy and dip it into the pot of preheated oil. put it in there bout 10 secs and scoop it up. there you'll have your fried icecream. hot and crispy on the outside, cold and creamy on the inside. -------------------- |
