I'm cooking tonight and tomorrow night for my boyfriend and myself. While i was making my shopping list i thought hmm i wonder what other people are making or favorite recipies... does anyone cook :-P

My favorite: Take one cup of soy sauce and half a cup of sugar, heat soy sauce and stir in sugar. Take about 5lbs or so of Short Rib Beef and pour soy sauce/sugar combination on beef... let sit for 30 minutes... drink roughly 1-5 beers during this 30 minutes wait time. Throw meat onto grill on low heat, dont let the meat burn (burning + sugar = bitter meat) but let the meat brown on both sides... serve with some kimchee, rice and of course... more beer
