So I have some questions regarding hump hoses and couplers. I believe the idea behind the hump hoses are that it will allow for expansion/contraction room in your intercooler piping. Is there not some built in flex room with silicone couplers?

The question I have is should all sections of intercooler piping (straight and elbows) be connected with hump hoses to allow for this flex in the system, or is it optimal to only have one hump hose on both pre/post intecooler side?

I don't have any hump hoses on my set-up and there is quite a bit of play with the piping and I'd say it'd be fine the way it is. but I don't really know cause I haven't driven my car much yet since the turbo got on.
