Depression is like a snow ball going down hill, if you don't take care of it, is just gonna get worst, most people experience depression when they experience changes on their lifes ( loss of a relative, moving , and environmental changes like from high school to college or from your long term job to a new job ) different people react different to changes, some people may see a new job as a fresh start while some others may start wondering, how good am i gonna be at this ? do these people like me ? am I gonna to like it ? will I learn fast enough ? ; that's why when you feel you're depressed the best thing to do ask yourself why ? there is always a reason, even we know it or not , sometimes the reason why we are depreseed looks to be so silly that we ignore it, but is still there. If you realize why you're depressed then you're 1/2 way out of depression, because that's the hardest part.
When depression is treat it on time usually doesn't need medication. -------------------- ![]() |
