QUOTE(96bluevert @ Jul 5, 2007 - 2:53 PM) QUOTE(Culpable04 @ Jul 5, 2007 - 7:15 PM) If you realize why you're depressed then you're 1/2 way out of depression, because that's the hardest part. not always true. sometimes it harms you more than it helps when you realize how much stuff or what is really making you depressed. sometimes hurts, true but remember you can't fix something if you don't know what's the problem, even if it hurts is a needed step in order to get out of depression, think about it, when people go to a psychologist, what do they do ? the patient get to answer a lot of questions so the psychologist can determine what's making you depressed, and then he talks to such patient about it, the idea behind it is to get the patient used to the idea of talking about issues, once a patient start talking regularly about what worries him/her the job for the psychologist is to get the patient to learn how to identify issues and how to solve them, that's when questions like what would you do if .... ? would you.. ? what do you think of.. ? become handy. identifying a problem and learning how to make your way out of them is the key for not getting on depression. -------------------- ![]() |
