tried wd-40, pb blaster, goo-gone, thinner...EVERYTHING i can think of and these bastard things jus dont wanna get off me oem side skirts.... any tips?????

try some epoxy or rubber cement. rubber cement worked for me, but don't leave it on too long otherwise it'll just make the situation worse... g.l.
