Hi,
I just went through the code that's powering the Members' Rides section, and it turns out that it wasn't loading because the page was trying to load data from three different database tables, which was taking a long time. By reducing this to two tables, I was able to reduce the load time greatly, so now the section should load again.

Unfortunately, it takes a while to load the entire page, because it still takes approximately 6.5 seconds for the server to execute the code which powers the page. To reduce this time, I've considered limiting the results to fifty members' rides by default. There would of course be next and previous links in order to navigate through the results, and you would be able to change the limit to a higher number through the filtering form. It would reduce the inital load time of the members' rides section by approximately four or five seconds, and you'd still be able to list all the rides in one page if you wanted to. Do you guys think I should go ahead and do this? Just let me know what you think. smile.gif

Thanks for the comments guys. So polishchacha, are you talking about what I described in the first post, or something different. Your description is kind of ambiguous. Kamix, what other sort/order types would you suggest I use? Keep in mind that there's the advanced search form a click away. wink.gif
