 2nd Gear, When racing 2nd gear is jacked |

Ok, here is the deal. When I am driving around normally with fairly low rpms 2nd gear just slides into place like all the other ones. But, when I am racing and have the rpms pegged I got to throw it into second and it feels like it catches on something. It almost wants to grind for a second and then it will fall into gear. What the ****!! Any opinions on what this might be?

Same proble here
 It is 2 gear sinchro going down... I have the same proble then i race... BUT i usualy do this cuz my shifter is so short that my hand puls gear faster then my foot pushes cluch  Then i race i always think: First push the Cluch and then pull the gear But somtimes it hapens so fast that i dont even care about the HUGE GRRRRRRRRR sound
