Found this on ebay last week and since it is a rare item and it was pretty cheap I went ahead and bought it. Got it from UPS today. I did a comparison of the stock trunk lid and this carbon fiber one. It is 5 lbs lighter. I haven't decided if I am going to drill the holes to put the stock spoiler back on it or not yet. What do you guys think?

Think big carbon fiber wing.
Due to the aerodynamics of the MR2, if the top of the wing is level with the roof, it plants the car to ground. (Assuming you want a track car, or highway runner) This post has been edited by Celica_94: Jul 13, 2007 - 8:28 AM -------------------- 1994 Celica ST

QUOTE(Celica_94 @ Jul 13, 2007 - 8:23 AM) Think big carbon fiber wing. (Assuming you want a track car, or highway runner) Well sorry but I Am not going to get me a ricer wing. As for the aerodynamics I don't really need anything to put the car in a wind tunnel. This is an autox car and yes I would like to put it on a PDX every now and then but even then it isn't like I will be going fast enough for a wing to makes things any better or worse. I have already gone ahead and drilled the holes for the stock spoiler. -------------------- img]http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a32/MtyMseHarmer/captainsignature2.jpg[/img]
