today at about 6:35 pm a buddy of mine was drivin my car to drop some stuff off for me at my mother-in-laws when he got cut off by a Mitsubishi causing him to hit a tree. the cops that took statements told me that according to the wittnesses he was doing 60-70mph and at the site there are no tire marks leading to the tree. but here are some pics you can see.
