 Spark Plug changing/cleaning |

I was thinking about taking out my plugs tomorrow but I was wondering, when I put them back in, do I need to torque them in?

usually i do it untill they are snug, then i give them about another 1/8th of a turn to make sure they are in there. Its a pain in the a$$ to torque them.
