I've been reading far too much misinformation on this site lately and want to do something about it. Also, this is my way of giving back to the 6gc community, that really motivated my car passion when I was 16. So, keep in mind I no longer own a 6GC so I can't provide too in depth how-to's with pics and a celica to reference. But I feel as if I can supply all the theory information and answer a bunch of questions.
So let me know what kinda how-to or FAQ you wanna see, and I'll apply that college degree of mine to aiding you guys. -------------------- NASA/SCCA RX-7....currently under the knife

wideband with a piggy back unit. is going to be TOO specific for any how to.
it depends on your unit of choice. but to install a wideband o2 like the AEM wideband uego controller for example http://www.aempower.com/ViewCategory.aspx?CategoryID=67 is pretty simple take your car to an exhaust shop. Have them tap and weld an extra o2 bung into your down pipe. Thread in the wideband o2 sensor. run the needed wires into the car through the firewall (many ways) mount the gauge in desired location and connect the respective wires. (just as a general example) i wana see some techincal infoz why not start with nitrous This post has been edited by playr158: Jul 23, 2007 - 11:21 AM |
