what is 4fge or something like that what is beams and i know what the 3sgte is, waht is the diff between all motors for the 6gc along with what i mentioned and the ones i didnt what is the best swap, what is the easyest swap, witch is the perfomance one,......swap meaning for the 94 coupe gt 5spd.....and witch moter can i put stacks on? like coomers

Yes, the 325+ hp goal would most definitely be achieved with a 3sgte. In order to produce almost the same amount hp with an N/A is going to be very expensive. Although N/A engines are alot easier to put in since you don't need to make the plumbing for the intercooler and so forth, you still need to consider the cost when wanting to produce more hp. With a 3sgte and it's turbo setup, you're already set for at least 220 hp factory and if you upgrade to better internals such as pistons, cams, cam gears, rods, etc. you'll be able to get the power you want, maybe even more. You'll probably even spend way less money on building the 3sgte. But keep in mind that for that kind of horsepower the celica's stock transmission won't hold up very well. You need something stronger like a v6 solara manual transmission, and like everyone might suggest, a better clutch.
