i can get Brembo brake rotors and Mintex brake pads for $240. Front pads: $41.93 Rear Pads: $34.60 Front Rotors: $49.82 Rear Rotors: $31.26... prices sound pretty low to me.. any opinions would be greatly appreciated

Nopionline.com has the fronts for $30.19 and the rears for $21.29. That's where I got my Brembos.
