So I am ordering these D2/Ksport coilovers and I am looking at 2 choices

7 front / 5 rear (default for our application.)
or
5 front / 4 rear

Vendor told me that there is no need to revalve shocks unless your going over +/- 2 from default rates.

What would you order for your "spirited daily driver" machines ? Will the difference be noticeable between the two? I have been riding on KYBs and Tein ST springs and 45 sidewall and i hate it, nail stuff thats 3" off the ground, not to mention that potholes are the biggest enemies of my tailbone (and rims+tires).
Since even 5/4 is stiffer than teins 3.9/2.2 will my ride be more harsher? even though on 5/4 i would have matched dampers on softest dampening setting (as opposed to KYB w/ tein springs)? Please advice. I need to make my purchase this weekend. Any help is greatly appreciated.

softest setting should soften the ride. but will still be stiff.

I see. as far as harshness goes will 5/4 rates on softest dampening be harsher than tein springs and kyb shocks?
