So theres quite a back story to my problem, but basically my clutch needs to be replaced because of somebody else borrowing my car while I was out of town. They said I needed to fix it, so I bled the line and got it semi running again. But the clutch was still needing to be replaced. Eventually, the kid who messed it up offered to buy my car for $3500, and his dad(my moms bf) said no, he'll pay $3000 for it as is. So I said ok sure, since the car i'm looking foris going to be less then that.
Anyway, so my moms bf took the car to his work mechanic(hes a truck driver) and comes back saying the clutch needs to be replaced or hes not buying the car. Kind of BS since he KNEW the clutch needed to be replaced when he offered the 3 grand for it. So basically, i'm once again stuck with fixing the car, and im not spending a lot to get it fixed. So, I need the cheapest clutch avilable to throw in the car in order to sell it to him. I don't really know anything about them, nor where to look to buy them. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thanks. -------------------- |
