I'm nearing new car purchace time if things go well the next couple months, so anyone with unbiased opinions, I'd love to hear them

Either would be brand-new...
My inital reactions with these cars is this: The TC feels like a bigger car, has more usable power for every day driving, feels roomier in back, has a more appealing image to me, and the panorama roof... However, the Civic gets 38 mpg on the highway, has a much better sound system, and for me, was much more fun to drive... Cost wise, they don't get farther than $500 away from one another retail they way i'd want one...
