what type of maintenance should i be doing?? i can name some of the basics...can you guys help me out on what i left out...PLEASE...
ohh yeah i have a 97 ST automatic

Need:
Spark Plugs
Cap and Rotor
Wires
PCV Valve
Timing Belt, water pump, tensioner
Flush Coolant
Flush power steering fluid(how hard is this?? or should i take it to a shop??)
Transmission Oil Change

Done:
Drive belts(AC, powersteering, and alternator)
Upper and lower radiator hose
Thermostat
Fuel filter
Valve cover gasket

there are lil cleaner tools availible at local car shops..it allows to shave down the post a little bit so that it becomes a lot cleaner and allows for better connectivity..check around cuz its pretty cheap for those..

or, if u have a file, u can file it around a lil bit. if its jus a lil bit of cleanin u need, u can jus pour a lil coca cola on the posts n wipe off the rest with a lil water n a towel biggrin.gif

thanx...went to autozone and bought a spray cleaner for the battery...and wiped it down...came off pretty easy...
