I had a quick question for all the 3S swappers... I wanted to do a swap too, but was just wondering if you guys have air conditioning in your 3S? B/c i always drive with the AC on, so i was just wondering if the 3s motor has AC b/c i didn't read anything about that before and my friends who did like k20 and sr20 swaps don't have ac.

Do you need to replace the AC compressor or can you use the one on the 3s? What would I need to do to get it to work with an ST?

For an ST, you're going to need to use the 3SGTE compressor and then have some custom lines made. If you have the ST lines and at least part of the lines of the 3SGTE, a good tig-weldor can weld them together for you.
