I was wondering if somebody could tell me were the ground wires are located so i can clean them. The reason 4 this is because my car wont start and i just got my starter rebuilt and i was told to clean them.

Sorry to tell you that, but you'll have to trace the ground wire. No way to be shure that you have good grounds other way
 Or, try to get a 8 gauge wire and set a new ground for your engine block, running it from the negative, under your Celica. But if it's not your trouble, you'll waste your money
