Im just curious if any one has ever gone to another country to teach english as a second language? One of my friends and her sister have both done it *my friend in Mexico and her sister in Japan, China, Thialand and Korea*, and i was wondering what company you have gone through to get your certificate. Also, if you have any stories, or wanna shed some insight on what its like *the culture shock, living in another country, speaking another language, the job, the pay, etc*, that would be great. Sarah and i are looking into it for when we finish up school in about a year and a bits time.

Have you checked with your Embassies abroad? I know for the U.S. where there is an Embassy posted in the country, there is most likely to be an American International School (AIS) where not only the American Embassy personnel use but other expats send their kids to that school because its a good school. The AIS also hire language instructors.
