Anyone on here have a scanner light? Pics, how-to? Is it very hard? I'm getting bored with my interior. I did all the lights red: gauge, cig lighter, key ring, climate control, clock. I don't have enough guts to do the auto/short, steering wheel, and can't afford the DIN gauges, but still think those are sweet.
Does the scanner light draw too much from the battery. I'm concerned about this. Thanks guys! |

Nope they are called scanners. Basically its a light that makes the illusion you have an alarm system. A strip of lighting with 4 or 5 led's that scan from one side to the other. You can get them at alot of places, try walmart? canadian tire? they arent too expensive IMO id rather just have neon strips or led strips that dont scan, or move.
