I have a 94 ST hatchback, and among many mods I'd like to make to it is to convert the manual door locks and windows to power windows. Is there any way to do this, really, or would I need to just get new doors all together and then do the wiring?

This mod was also done on my car by a previous owner, I can take some photos if anyone wants! My experience with it is overall just ok, if only the start-ups wouldn't be so rough. There is some kind of 'clank!' when the motor is started. I just might need to tighten something up though... My windows are loose when they are lowered anyways - I gotta get that fixed soon.

Photos would be great, I'm still thinking about options as to where to put the switches in. It seems like the door panels would be the best option but maybe the center console is more practical, I don't know. When the mod was done to your car, did they do the locks too, or just the windows? My goal is to do the windows and locks at the same time.
