I just installed my new headers today (my gf bought for my birthday) and it took about 5 hours...All in all it was totally worth it. There is a huge difference in the way it sounds (much louder now) and I do notice an increase in HP.

its not that bad to install yourself, just make sure you give yourself plenty of time, pick a morning, pick up some bolts, washers, lock washers, and nuts. i believe i got the 2.5" long bolts...another thing is buy a new exhuast gasket and hi temp gold sillicone..make sure you seal it really good around the downpipe to the exhaust...im not sure if that seller gives you a new manifold gasket either...that can be bought for 15-20 bucks as well. taking off your stock manifold ist that hard, just dont strip any studs. make sure car is cold...touching hot parts hurts. and i recommend wrapping the header because it gets very hot. throttle response is okay, in the begginning your car will sound weird (farty-raspy), that goes away in a week or so. it will make your car louder so be prepared to get looks.
