is there a way to put a kill switch to the starter so i can kill it and not worrie someone will still my key nor hotwire it, was thinking of a kill switch on the ground wire.....wil this work or no........i already know where to hide the switch

I was thinking about having two that kill it while i'm parked etc. that i would use whenever i parked and didn't feel safe and then i was thinking of another one for when i left it parked for the weekend of longer term etc. right now its off the road and i just took out some of the important things in the engine bay....
