Plasma Direct/Booster Ignition System, anyone heard of this? Options

ok so reading my magazine i ran across this

Okada Plasma Direct

Its an ignition amplifying system that appears to actually do something instead of just creating an electrical fire..

they have the direct plug and play for the 3s-ge engine, would that plug into a 3sgte engine?

more researhc yeilds:

the direct system will not work for us since we do not have coil over set up. But okada sells a booster set-up that does the same job since we have distributors. AND its about 500 less
