Auto/manual conversion checklist:
Manual tranny Flywheel and bolts Clutch kit (and pressure plate bolts) Driver's side mount for manual Shifter assembly Shifter cables Clutch pedal assembly Brake pedal (or grind down your stock one) Clutch master cylinder Clutch slave cylinder (if not included with tranny) Clutch lines Manual ECU or wire in resistor box for the auto ECU I just wanted to put this down so that I don't have to retype it every time someone asks me how to do it Feel free to add thoughts and comments. -Doc This post has been edited by Dr_Tweak: Oct 29, 2005 - 5:16 AM -------------------- -Dr Tweak, 6GC's resident engine swap wiring expert extraordinaire Click here to see my swaps drtweak@phoenixtuning.com |

sorry to bring this topic up again... other than getting parts and stufff... how much would a auto to manual tranny conversion cost? approximately i mean like i know everywhere charges differently.
on average how much would it cost |

Its not a hard job to do at all by yourself. But I am sure you would look at roughly $2,000 said and done with parts and labor. -------------------- |
