If it helps any, I've been a graphic designer for 13 years and can do this kind of stuff in my sleep. I'd be more than happy to help out in any way I can to get the calendar underway. I can have pre press completed within a week of receiving HiRes photos... I work on Mac platform, but platform shouldn't matter. Using CS2, can supply printer with PDFs or native InDesign files, whichever they need. PM me if you're interested!
