Has anyone bought from a member called NOTBOK. I sent this guy some cash for a headlight last week and now he won't reply to emails. WTF?

i dont knwo why my post went in multiple times id like to know if he used the same paypal name for everyone or if he changed it per person he used cavastyle@hotmail.com for me did anyone else get a different email?
