Has anyone bought from a member called NOTBOK. I sent this guy some cash for a headlight last week and now he won't reply to emails. WTF?

just thought something that associate with him, so they know this guys out there to collect money...he's a fraud...i don't know, i just don't want paypal to think this is some story out there to fake it...worry that's all
