Ok guys, crazy stuff happened to me when I started my car and drove down the road. Nothing is more scary when you're driving and press on the brakes and finding that nice surprise of - no brakes.
I made it safely home, parked Celina and tried to pinpoint what was wrong. Air in the lines? Low on fluid? Master cylinder? hmm... I just wanted to know what you guys know of this problem: I turn the steering wheel, I then have to pump the brakes to feel pressure. After I turn the steering wheel, brake pressure goes away. |

Pretty crazy stuff:
I go to take care of that wheel bearing problem on my front right suspension and as I was taking the tire off, I hit the axle nut with the tire and it FELL OFF with a piece of the axle with it. Further inspection uncovered the fact that it has been broken, and the brake caliper and pads have been holding the tire on while driving. |
