here is a photoshop by jaws... should i or shouldn't i paint?

Well I work at a bodyshop, so if your going to do this at home it wont prolly look that good. But I sanded the outside with 1500 grit I didnt take anything a part. then used black 9700 basecoat and then DC3000 clear.
