Has anyone bought from a member called NOTBOK. I sent this guy some cash for a headlight last week and now he won't reply to emails. WTF?

I found a website that he has his car on....they are actually NY plates on the car but the pics were all taken on a camera phone or I'd help you guys forward his plate to the police.
