Currently rebuilding my 5SFE and I am taking my block to the local machine shop. $30 per cylinder. Would there be any significant increase if I went .02 (.5mm) over? Also what else would I need besides new pistons and rings?

apparantly this is more complicated than that (or is it?). i've been reading that if I change the bore I have to change the rods which would mean changing/moding the crank. is all this necessary or can I just bore it, throw in some pistons and be done with it?

what else can be done during a rebuild to help this lackluster engine? anything?

plans were:
Aluminum Flywheel
CAI (90-93 Accord)
Headers
Exhaust
