 Streached timing belt |

Could a streached timing belt cause boging and much louder intake growl? I was tryin home today and stalled my car in traffic, after that it bogs pretty bad at lower rpms, and almost sounds like intake valves are opening to early and causeing back pressure out my CAI.

Well its not my timing belt. Swaped that out today. Got it tracked down to possible blown head gasket, or maybe 2 bad injectors
