Hi,
just a couple of minutes ago, I was on my way to wash my celica, right. Rolling on the highway, down to a garage where I usually wash my car, I hear this "boom" sound, pretty much like a rocket on new years-eve or something, anyway... it was LOUD. I don't understand sh*t, and when I look in my rear-mirror, my rear-window is completely in 1000 pieces. And it is now over my whole rear-seats, my stereo and everywhere.... I checked around where it happened, and it is only companies with high walls around, so it is impossible that it is some small ****kids that threw somethings, it was not any holes in the window, it looks more like it has been under pressure of any kind, and just popped at some moment... Anyone been into anything like this before? I don't understand **** |

QUOTE(LeonStryfe @ Oct 29, 2007 - 9:30 PM) Resonance? ![]() Myth BUSTED. No way, I think it was because of a minor damage in the glass, or that it is temperature difference from inside the cupe, and outside. Whatever, have got a new window a week ago, got it tinted at the same time, so everything sorts out. The only thing that irritates me so much, is that I have a rather large stereo, and the 6*9 I had in the rack, were full of glass. Took out most of it, but there is still microscopic bits that scratches in the membrane on high tones, so I'll get new ones as soon as my contact in audioshop comes back from a little vacation! perfect..... |
