What would be better to swap in, A 3rd gen 3sgte or a 4th gen 3sgte??

3rd gen is almost plug and play, has descent amount of power and has aftermarket parts readily available where the 4th gen doesn't have anything. You cant even replace the stock DP with something else unless you do custom work.
