YOYOYO GUYS would it be possible to drop in a vtec engine into our cars?? or in the exhaust?

yep! Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control (VTEC) was first designed by dem crazy honda guys and adapted by toyota to create the VVT motors.

i-VTEC is just with intelligence, like the VVLT-i
