Well i thought id make my own custom box but now im thinking not,what do u guys think of these,there reviews are great,but id need to get a big amp to power them.Concerns,questions,comments?

If you wire 2 2ohm subs in parallel you will get a 1ohm impedence. Not alot of amps are stable at that but put out lots of power. That Kicker amp would be pushing over 1000watts rms but not for long. The other alternative is to wire them in series which will give you a 4ohm load which will mean you need a more powerful amp. your best bet is to find a pair of 4 ohm subs and wire them in parallel or a pair of dual voice coil 2ohm subs. both ways you can run it at 2ohms giving you more power and reliability.
