Eh...this sucks, got the 3SGTE and since it won't pass smog and it seemed we were going to have some complications in putting it in, I decided to give it up and just put the Burrien turbo onto the 5SFE.
I think I would need metal head gasket, FMIC, Forged Pistons, and camshafts for going high hp? Where can I get the cam shafts and forged pistons. Is webcams cam shaft good for the turbo kit I want? Thanks |

I was told that it was illegal to swap engines?
As I also said, I am selling the shop, so if by any chance I need to smog again, I might have a hard time. Or maybe I should register the car in nevada and maybe get an apartment there ....hmmm...hehehe If I do the 3SGTE swap is it reliable? Because both my dad's mechanic were against it, except the one who was going to do it was going to do it for sure, but he is really inexperienced and wanted directions.... So if I can get an exact HOW TO DO then the green light is flashing..... |
