You should install a JDM VTAK controller, so that you can do this!!!1111
 You don't need to go fast at 16. You need to learn how to drive first. Go purchase a set of Koni shocks and Ground Control Coilovers and a good set of tires. That alone will be like night and day for someone your age... or anyone that is coming from stock suspension. Spend a little, and learn. Spend some more, learn some more.
