QUOTE well the real function of a roof scoop is to blow air into the cab to cool off the driver and navigator cuz rally cars have no AC...but civics rolling around with roof scoops are just rice ...serve no function just looks so there you go. Yes, they dont have AC due to the fact that AC reduse power and they can't open the window because in corners dust will go inside the cabin.
