How do you know if the fuse under the hood has gone bad...

well at one point it was making power... it was making like a shock... but then it stopped... wheres the ground to the horn?

based on the diagram, it is in the steering wheel. when you push on your horn, it grounds the connection (completes the circuit). maybe it got disconnected somehow.. you should check that first.
