 The Govenor / Limiter, How to Remove it? |

How do you remove the govenor / rev limiter. My car tops out at 112mph I believe. A buddy of min on his tc said all he had to do was unplug something and it was removed? let me know please.

I think you mean 5sFe. I'm fairly certain certain there is no govenor on GTs.

If your GT is in the US it has a governer unless it gets rerouted. Removing the governer makes your car not street legal. And I'm pretty sure it kicks in at 120 mph, as I tested it in my ST on the way to Galveston. Perhaps the GT is different than mine, but I can't imagine why they would let the 7A go faster than the 5S.
